Privacy Policy — DotShake

DotShake does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. We operate no servers and no accounts — there is nowhere for your data to go except the places described below, all of which you control.

What stays on your device

Your drawings, brushes, palettes, and settings are stored in the app’s own storage on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

iCloud sync

If you enable syncing, your artworks, palettes, and custom brushes are stored in your own private iCloud database using Apple’s CloudKit.

• The data lives in your personal iCloud account, under your Apple Account, and counts against your iCloud storage.
• We cannot see it. A private CloudKit database is accessible only to the account that owns it; the developer has no access to its contents.
• Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy govern that storage.
• Turning sync off stops further uploads; removing the data is done through iOS Settings › your name › iCloud.

The app also uses Apple’s silent push notifications so a change on one of your devices reaches the others. These carry no message content and are never used for marketing.

Drawing with nearby devices

DotShake can share a drawing session with nearby devices, and let them watch.

• The connection is directly between devices over your local network or Bluetooth. Nothing is routed through us, and no copy is kept anywhere but the participating devices.
• It only happens while you actively start or join a session.
• While a session is running, the people you connected with can see the canvas you are drawing. Only connect with people you trust.
• iOS asks for local network and Bluetooth permission the first time; both can be revoked any time in iOS Settings.

Exporting

Images, videos, and .dotshake files you export go only where you send them: your photo library, or an app you pick in the share sheet. iOS asks for permission before anything is added to your photo library.

Purchases

DotShake Pro is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details. The app stores only whether your purchase is currently active, on your device.

No tracking

DotShake contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind. We do not know who you are, what you draw, or how you use the app.

Children

DotShake is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.

留在设备上的数据

你的画作、笔刷、色板与偏好设置保存在 App 自身的存储中,删除 App 即随之 删除。

iCloud 同步

若你开启同步,你的作品、色板与自定义笔刷会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 存入 你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库。

• 数据位于你个人的 iCloud 账户下,占用你的 iCloud 存储空间。
• 我们无法查看这些内容。 CloudKit 私有数据库仅对其所属账户可见, 开发者没有访问权限。
• 该存储适用 Apple 的 iCloud 条款与隐私政策。
• 关闭同步即停止后续上传;删除已同步的数据请在 iOS「设置 › 你的姓名 › iCloud」中操作。

App 还会使用 Apple 的静默推送,以便一台设备上的改动能及时送达你的其他 设备。这类推送不含任何消息内容,也绝不用于营销。

与附近设备一起绘画

DotShake 可以与附近设备共享绘画过程,或让对方观摩。

• 连接是设备之间直连,通过你所在的局域网或蓝牙完成。数据不经过我们, 除参与设备外不留任何副本。
• 仅在你主动发起或加入会话时才会连接。
• 会话进行期间,与你连接的人可以看到你正在绘制的画布。请只与你信任的人 连接。
• iOS 会在首次使用时请求本地网络与蓝牙权限,两者均可随时在 iOS 设置中 关闭。

导出

你导出的图片、视频与 .dotshake 文件只会去往你指定的位置:你的相册, 或你在分享面板中选择的 App。向相册添加内容前 iOS 会先请求授权。

关于购买

DotShake Pro 通过 Apple 的 App 内购买销售,款项由 Apple 处理,我们不会 接触你的支付信息。App 仅在本机保存「当前是否已购买」这一状态。

没有追踪

DotShake 不包含任何分析、广告或追踪 SDK。我们不知道你是谁,不知道你画了 什么,也不知道你如何使用这个 App。

儿童隐私

DotShake 并非面向儿童设计,且不收集任何人的数据。

政策变更

如本政策发生变更,更新后的版本将发布于本页面并标注新日期。
