DotShake is a drawing app that records how a picture was made, so you can replay it, export it as video, and share the process rather than just the result.

I read every message. Please include your device model and the app version (Settings → the app’s Pro row shows it) — it usually saves a round trip.
Tap Restore Purchase on the upgrade screen. That re-checks your Apple Account and restores anything you have bought on it. Restoring is free and works on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
If restoring finds nothing and you are sure you paid, email me — include the Apple Account email you bought with, and I will sort it out.
Cancelling is done by Apple, not by the app:
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Buying Lifetime does not cancel a subscription — the App Store has no way for an app to do that. Cancel it yourself with the steps above, and Lifetime keeps everything unlocked.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue them, but tell me what went wrong anyway — if something is broken I want to fix it.
You keep everything, permanently. The app recognizes past customers automatically and never asks them to pay again.
If it did not recognize you, tap Restore Purchase first. If that does not help, email me with the Apple Account email you originally bought with — I will send you a code that unlocks Pro for good.
Whatever you have already made stays yours and stays editable, whether or not you have Pro, and whether or not a subscription lapses. The free tier limits how many new artworks you can create — it never takes away work you already did, and it never makes a file read-only.

Email me with what happened and what you expected. A screenshot or a screen recording helps more than anything else. If the app crashed, tell me roughly when — crash reports reach me only if you have opted into sharing analytics with developers, so a rough time is often the fastest way to find it.
